Invalid Sheriff and murderer teaming up

didnt think I’d upload another report this quick wow. Anyways I saw a sheriff (named 1980s) teaming up with the murderer (bladel). I believe this is against the rules right? And I don’t really have good evidence for this either. This is the only evidence I have. But I say just give them a warning or something.
