I visit Mineplex frequently, it's on the... AHEM featured server list *death glares at Mojang*
I only really play the mob arena so not sure about the other games there, but it appears to be pretty fair, not some pay-to-win trash like Lifeboat. There are powerups and kits you can buy with money earned in-game but they're not hard to work up to, kinda similar to brlns. I think the only things 'reserved' for paying players are superfluous perks like fancy costumes or pets that do literally nothing but follow you around lol.
There's also a server called "Elite Master Builders"/"EMB Network" that's super pretty and has great parkour courses, but it's mostly German-speaking and also quite dead regarding player counts. If you want lonely parkour all to yourself then go right ahead, but otherwise not recommended for PVP or games with lots of people.
Nothing compares to Brokenlens though... there are only substitutes, not replacements :c
