Server's Full ?

Hey Guys!

Is This Some HownA Bug In The Server
I Dont Know If Im Posting This In The Correct Forum

But When I Try To Play
Hide N Seek
It Says The Server Is Full
But It Was Not Full
It Was Like
3067/10520

But Server Is Full

Same thing happens to me often. I just click it over and over till it works.
