Server Restart Notice

Hey BrokenLens. It seems that one of the many options is being updated within the server restarts.

I joined BrokenLens about an hour ago now usually it says this.

[Server Restart In 5 Seconds]

Now it says longer than 5 seconds when I joined on the server it said

[Server Restart In 15 Seconds]

My theory is @vertx is gonna try and set it to 15 minutes and failed at this attempt. But it means that soon possibly the server restart warning might be given every 15 minutes before the server actually restarts. This will give you time to arrange a different meetup location while with friends on the server or to say your goodbyes if you are leaving for an few hours.

this could be just updated to 15 seconds but this is just an theory.

It happened when it was only 5 seconds so I think this attempt will still be a failed one, but atleast it tells you that the server will restart around that time.It still needs to be fixed though, vertx could try work on it after working on whatever he is working on.
