So, i play on the server on my tablet which has the current version of mcpe. But i was wondering, how can i play the server on lower versions like 0.15.9.

You can't, sorry. Brokenlens currently uses 0.17 features and cannot be played on lower versions.

Its actually version 1.0.0
Version 0.17.0 doesnt exist, people thought it was 0.17.0, but its actually 1.0.0
