Server empty

When I join the server, no one is there and everything is completely unresponsive, commands do not work, the bodies for joining games are non existent, I tried deleting the server and re-adding it but nothing is working

Possibly, but my other servers are working perfectly, broken lens also has a massive skin glitch for me, everyone is Steve rip

Use an older version . like the one i use is 1.12.1.1 and its perfect

I've experienced this issue as well at multiple points. Sometimes it's client dependent and sometimes everyone online is experiencing that issue. It depends. Personally though, I haven't had any issues with 1.17 on my client outside of everyone turning pink once in a while (Seems to be reliant on how textures are loaded with custom entities or something) due to Render Dragon although 1.16.40 does address that problem at the cost of not having 1.17 features and certain resource packs not working.
