--Introduction--
The objective of this rather long and detailed guide is to expose the advantages of self control, respect, and kindness. I will give my personal tips on how to achieve these 3 things, as it can sometime be quite hard, and that’s understandable. I hope you will enjoy reading, and that you will hopefully learn something good from it.
--Self Control--
Self Control is important because it allow all of us to to stop ourselves from doing reckless actions, take time to think about the situation, and make better choice that lead to avoiding trouble, obviously. It also allow to properly analyse a situation, and get rid of many negative feelings over time.

It is a valuable skill in life, that is fully worth learning because of the multiple positive outcome.

The impulse, another way to describe the burst of anger some might feel when losing, may the lost be unfair or not, or when something annoying occur. This burst of negative emotions can lead to actions that you might regret, and also hurting others sometimes.

There is quite a few trick to stop the anger, but all are based around the same concept, stopping it. Now, many trick can be use, but any way to quickly cool down and avoid regrettable actions can work:

-Try taking deep and slow breath, and closing your eyes
-Associate stopping anger with an action, like a movement with your hand or anything
-Think about something else, something enjoyable or funny.

Try to avoid doing any actions based on the impulse of anger, if needed, take a break:

-Go listen to music, a movie, a youtube video, play another game
-Go take a shower or a bath, anything relaxing
-Go out for a walk
-Go eat or drink something
-Go talk to a friend

By practising these simple tricks, you will be able to master the impulse you feel, and it’s the first step to self control.

Even if you’re able to stop anger when it arise, it’s not healthy to keep it bottled up for too long. Relive your stress and anger by letting in out in a way that doesn’t harm anyone:

-Physical active, like sport, often help
-Music, and other media, can sometime help letting the anger out
-Punching non damageable object, like a punching bag or a pillow
-Ranting to a friend or someone that is willing to let you do so can help
-Open a minecraft pe world, and blow it up! >:3

There many ways to let the anger out without harming people, it’s important that you find the way that suit you. You will feel relieved by using the right method.

Anger is a feeling that is generally unpleasant, hopefully, there way to avoid that rage from coming back.

Try to question yourself.
Was your anger justified? Sometime we can be enraged by things that are not really enraging, and realizing it can help.

If there indeed a problem with the situation, think about how could you avoid it, or solve the issue. By learning how to avoid the problem, or by helping in fixing it, like by suggesting on the forum, you will feel way better.

And last but most importantly, reflect on why you’re angry. Losing to a hacker, for example, is certainly unfair, but it’s the fact that you really wanted to win that make you rage. Wanting to win isn’t a bad thing, but if it cause you rage, perhaps being less competitive could help, for example.

If you did do something you regret, think about how you could act differently.

By thinking about what anger you, you will greatly reduce the situations that enrage you, and be more ready to face them in general.
--Recpect--
Recpect is important because it allow us to communicate with ease with others, and make our ideas and thoughts understand by others. Others are more likely to listen to you, and hold you in higher esteem, if you respect them. It’s also something that can avoid many problematic situation, and open a lot of opportunity.

It’s something really important, that when used on both side, create positive exchange.

Respecting others means not attacking, or insulting them. Such a behavior only lead to trouble, and create hatred. Try to not consider yourself superior to others, less skills in a certain domain doesn’t imply they don’t deserve respect, they might have other talent or simply be experimented. Politeness imply things like taking win and defeat with honor, and acting maturely when it is required. Respect doesn’t mean not having fun, it means not having fun at the expense of others.

Respect also imply trying to not hold hatred, and avoiding expressing it. Even if someone is disrespectful, or doing any other shameful action, try to keep respect. Lowering yourself and insulting them, or calling them out, won’t help. It can only worsen the situation, so try to keep a respectful attitude even when it’s hard, even when some people push your limits with their actions. Remember that you can always contact a staff if someone is breaking the rules, and that even if the person isn’t breaking the rules, their bad attitude will with time come back at them, may it be with consequence or bad reputation.

Respecting others opinions doesn’t mean agreeing with them, on the contrary. It mean not hating or looking down on someone because of what they think. We are free to think what we want, and attacking others isn’t respectful. However, pointing out an opinions flaws is completely correct, if done politely.

Like I said, attacking others isn’t correct, but attacking ideas, if done politely, is not disrespectful. Exposing your counter arguments calmly will improve greatly your chance of changing the person point of view, or having a constructive discussion. Try to not get caught in any flame war, if someone isn’t having a constructive discussion, and is attacking you because of your opinions, don’t do the same, simply politely back out.

Their aggressive replies will only damage their own reputation anyway, and others reading the thread will look up to your intelligent and calm replies, even if they don’t necessarily agree.
--Kindness--
Kindness is important because it’s the action of caring, or wanting someone else day to be better. Not only is this attitude globally making everyone experience on the server better, it’s also something that is really pleasant to do, and that will make you new friends.

It’s a quality that is appreciated by almost everyone, as it shows that you care, and that will often open you opportunities, as well as making you a good reputation.

Doing simple actions to help others, or just make them smile or feel better, is in the essence of kindness. Try to do an actions to make someone else day better. May it be by answering their question, or by complimenting them simply. By doing these actions that make others day more awesome, you also increase your chance that someone does the same for you.

Try to think of something that would make you smile, or make your day better, than try to do the same on someone who you think might enjoy. The main point is to try to make it a habit, Just let your good intentions guide you, and soon it will seem natural for you to do so.

Try to consider others feeling when taking decisions, not too much of course. No need to avoid killing people in games because it’s unpleasant, but if, for example, your about to reply to someone how you disagree, maybe trying to point out the positive out of their idea too wouldn’t be a bad idea?

It’s all about trying not to inflict things you don’t like being inflicted, of course losing and winning in a game isn’t what we are talking about, but rather in your daily actions. Just try to get in others position sometimes, would you like it if someone ignored you trying to talk to them on the server? Surely not, so try to avoid it. Don’t force yourself to do anything, but try to care about others as much as you want them to care about you.

Thank you for reading my guide, feel free to ask me any question by starting a conversation with me, I will be glad to help.
