Solved Seems like someone's evading a ban?

IGN: Sakurha77 (I reported Sakurha7 yesterday)
Reason: They were temp banned for two days but they decided to switch to a different account even though it's only been 24 hours.

Fortunately they didn't seem to be cheating or doing anything out of the ordinary other than evading their previous ban.
