I feel like I’m missing something big I have writers block tho so I need your help:
Who knew s♥♥♥ting on block games and website would do so good?
BrokenLens has always had problems, from its problem of the more time of likespamming, the more you succeed, and it’s opposite of how the bottom end struggles to fit in the community. If there’s few things I can’t stand from this website however, is the hypocrisy and drama.
Likes are the root of all evil, and every single freaking problem leads up to this s♥♥♥ty freaking button. Everything that you do here matters on how many likes you have. In reality, whoever has the most time to likespam people, have the most likes. The problem is with the ego as well. People think they have more likes are better than everyone else, winch causes a lot of problems. The biggest problem here is that people are too busy to fix themselves as a person, and instead work on their personal image on the outside that makes them look like the better person. The more “better” you are, the more people will want to be your friend. The more friends means more popularity and possibly more likes.
Another problem I have is how staff are always the victim of everything. Everyone freaking defends Hazard, but I seriously dislike him because of his hypocrisy. He’s always saying to people how he did nothing to deserve all the hate right? Oh yeah, never mind, he’s a staff member, he’s totally off the hook when it comes to “bullying others”. Something controversial was the ending of Spike. Sure, I’m not the big fan of Spike, but he doesn’t deserve to die in hell. And yet, Hazard started treating him like s♥♥♥ and WarriorGirl joined on that s♥♥♥ as well. They made fun of Spike, basically they “bullied him”. The thing that pissed me off was that no one wanted to step up. They all thought, “aw man staff treating Spike like crap, we should jump onto the bandwagon without any prior knowledge about the situation”. Only when Kendra came and said that making fun of Spike isn’t cool, they stopped. The irony is that everyone came to Spike’s defense (try hard era and before staff did anything) back then if you cracked a joke at him.
Tryhards are the epitome of this hell hole. They respect everyone with a hell of a lot of likes, without actually knowing them. They use punctuation and act all serious because that’s what staff do, and we all know what a great role model they are. It’s the wanting to be staff for these tryhards so frustrating because not only do they try too hard to earn staff, but do them in the completely wrong ways. For example, they really enjoy sticking up with staff. I don’t think Vertx gives two craps if you say hi to him but most tryhards think that’s the genius way to get staff. Not only do they kiss staffs’ ♥♥♥ all the time, they do everything to favor the staff member. Every single tryhard liked Spike, but then once staff actually started doing things, they began to hate Spike (without any background of what Spike did, just to side with staff). It seems like the point of being staff now is mostly about the fame and not doing your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ job.
Arguments are very one sided, and the people winning the argument always know that. Just because you have a lot of likes doesn’t mean you don’t consider another’s opinion just because they have “less likes than you”. Just because you’re staff doesn’t mean that everything you think is right, you have to see what the others have to say before coming to a conclusion. Just because you’re good at pvp, doesn’t make you a Minecraft genius. They assume everything they say or think is true.
What’s amazing about arguments is that, people argue in all the wrong ways possible. They scream and yell and people, which makes the person already win, because you can tell the other is panicking. There are also others who try to belittle you somehow, and try to make it so you lose becumause you feel stupid. It seems like the point of arguing is more about insulting others, instead other talking normally about a problem. They will try to act like staff, and act as if they are very tough, and will refuse to look into your opinion, because their opinion is always right.
