Screen recording and posting :D

If you are using OBS Studio (Great program but things can be a bit tricky), I might be able to help with optimal settings to make everything really nice. There also are ways to make it so other applications don't pick up in your recording so you can listen to music in the background and just record the audio from your game but that gets a bit technical.
Here are some of my recording output settings for OBS:

Basically the most important setting to check is your encoder. What you would want to set it to depends on if you have a dedicated graphics card in your computer. Many systems that are better for gaming have a dedicated gpu so if that is the case with your system, I would set the encoder to an H.265 or NVENC encoder depending on your graphics card.
If you don't have a graphics card, I would just use x264 or x265 from your main CPU and adjust your settings accordingly.
Afterwards, I would mainly just adjust the video bit-rate based off storage and how fast your computer is.
