I think it is your wifi. It is causinglag and that is what causes the same skin.

Like I said I think it is just lag on your side. I don't think it is the serverPeople with the same skin bug: I'm in game DNG there is people before me that have same skin as me. Can you fix it?@vertx

It's probably glitch if you see players with your skin tho but they can't see if they have your skin, they will just say but I'm not your skin I'm in mines Maybe your screen is a glitch or bug sometimes that happens with a lot of players dealing with this situation tho
