Same hacker with different :v accounts

Ban: If theres a posible chance of ip banning this guy please do so because I have reported this guy accouple of mins ago and he is creating other accounts and hacking on them. He was flying and infinte items :v yo forreal '-' if its posible plz do so :'v
How do i know its the same guy ? He has the same last numbers and he has the same hacks as the other account and he logged out from the one i have banned and created this one.
