October 21, 1920
“Hey” I heard someone say to me as I walked in the cold weather that apparently was kicking in around us. I didn't bother to talk to whoever was trying to get my attention but he or she was bothering me so much I'd to look back to see who it was.
It was Joe! I bet you my whole life that she came to me to apologize for what she did to me. But that wasn’t why she came up to me. Apparently, she was cold and sad and needed someone to talk to. “Oh, Joe! Hey” I said to her as I saw her covering her tears. “Hey…” she said as she started to hug me.
“Woah ok,” I said in a surprised voice. It was chilly outside since we were looking for a new place to stay now that our old home was once again blown up by the Halloween killer. Joe’s body warmed me up a little so I didn’t mind her cuddling me up as she warmed me up like a coffee only that it’s warming my whole body up.
As Joe and I were walking at the exact pace, the cold really started to pick up now. The cold went through me so hard that my nose started to grow ice popsicle on it. My whole ears started to turn red more then Rodough himself. I looked in front of me as always to see who was leading the pack this time. To my surprised, Senpai was leading this pack.
Now Marco was a nice guy so he would understand why I went in front of the line even though it doesn’t really matter who was in front of the line first at this point. I told Joe that I was going to talk to Marco for a few minutes then I'll be back to snuggle up to you again.
She nodded her head as I did the same back to her and headed towards Marco to see if he had anything going on or any idea on where he was leading this whole pack too. “Hey, Marco!” I said as I pulled my jacket towards me as I tried for the fur to warm me up a little even though it was basically impossible. “I..Icy!” He said in shivers. His body was shaking from left to right as he kept walking towards who knew where.
“Y...you don’t look S..s..s.s.so good,” I said to him as I started to shiver myself. I looked behind me as some kids started to cough and sneeze towards the crowd. I can tell that we had to find somewhere to stay in and fast or else, by the time we actually found a home, most of us would’ve died by den and it will be all because of the cold.
I couldn’t risk of that happening to all of us so it was our job plus Marco’s job to find somewhere to stay or else, we will have a lot of sick people in front of us by the time we find a home. “Have any ideas on where in the world we were?” Marco asked. Now to be realistic here, you guys are wondering, “Hey Icy, where did you even charge your phone if it never touched a charge before?” And to the answer for that is that my phone is made of power.
Meaning it recharges by the solar energy that hits my phone. Anyway getting back in track, I tapped on Google Maps to see where in the world we were. Unfortunately, My phone didn’t have a lot of bars but it managed to let me see where we were. We were currently in the middle fields of North Dakota right in Minot. Now I wonder why it got so cold all of the sudden.
“Hey M...Marco, I’m going to talk to my friend Joe now if you don’t mind,” I said to him. He didn’t mind. So he waved at me as I went towards the middle end of the line to hang out with Joe once again. “What took you so long?” Joe said as she gave me a frowny face. I couldn't tell I took more than just a minute talking to Macro.
I didn’t know what to say so my mind took over and gave her a hug to make her forget about it. From my point of view, it seemed to work as Joe started to snuggle up towards me once again. “Ow Icy, Your coat is so warm!” She said as she looked straight at me. “Where did you buy it?”
To be honest, here, I really didn’t know where I got this coat from cause I got it for a birthday gift from my mother 2 years ago and I never bothered to ask her where she’d brought this coat. I looked at her as I tried to come up with an answer but then again, I can’t lie to my best friend about it so I went with the whole birthday thing and told her.
I was surprised to see her understand about it and went back to snuggling up towards me as the whole pack started to walk to wherever we were heading. I looked at my rusted up clock that was still covered in bits of trash from the time I was climbing out of the landfills. It was currently only 1 in the morning. That being said about daylight saver, the sun won’t be up until around 7 in the morning. So we still had a long way to go before we feel warmness that is if we find a home before the sun comes up.
I started to think in my mind that the whole point of the Halloween killer to blow up each village we live in every week is to make us suffer and in hopes that we give up on looking for a new home and die out here in the coldness and in hunger with thirst. I started to speed up until something on my shoulder was making my body even heavier. Apparently, Joe has fallen asleep while walking on this trip. Great.
Now I have like 60 pounds on me extra on this long walk. Heck, I could wake her up right now but I wasn’t that rude to do so. So I’d to go along with it and have Joe sleep on me while I did all the hard work.
Meanwhile
In my honest opinion, if anyone was interviewing me, I would say that this one hell of a walk. By the way, it's your boi Jay here speaking towards the public yo-yo. Anyway, I’m here with Elk to wherever on earth we were heading towards. “This is like walking forever in a video game that never ends!” Elk complained to me
I told her, “Are you talking about Minecraft?” Somehow that made her laugh so hard the whole crowd stopped and looked straight at us. I slowly tiptoe away as she was the one to blame for this. Everyone stared at her as they continued to walk to a forever land of grass. “Elks shut up!” I whispered to her as I helped her get up.
“I'm sorry I'm sorry” She repeated to me as she calmed herself down a little. It’s just the joke came out so funny that I had to laugh out loud. I didn’t mean to!" She said in a weak voice. “Well ok, but try to keep it a low profile please?” I told her. She nodded at me as we both caught up to the rest of the group that was way ahead of us.

As I kept walking with the crowded in this tremendous storm that was coming towards us from a few miles away, I felt less weight coming from me. I looked behind me as Joe was started to wake up and getting up to walk again. “Hey, Joe!” I said to her as I started to cough a little. Joe rubbed her eyes as she said, “What time is it?” I told her it was only 2 in the morning; that making her flop to the ground.
I’d to drag her up as she started to walk again. “I’m sorry Icy. I'm just so tired of walking for hours.” She said to me. “I feel your pain. But we gotta keep walking in this nightmare in order to survive!” I told her. She didn’t feel like talking that much and kept walking without making a sound.
I told her that I was going to talk to Marco again to see what was up or if he had any news to give out. Joe didn’t say anything. So I guess I’d to make my discussion and go with it. “Hey, Marco!” I said to him and I built up my coat. “Any news?”
“Nada.” He told me like I understood Spanish. “I sighed as I walk with him with the wind blowing our hair from in our coats. Just as we kept walking in the freezing weather, Marco spotted a dark smoke up ahead. “LOOK OUT!” She shouted.
Everyone from every side ducked down, except for Elk. Elk was taken straight from the smoke and into the air. Everyone watched as the smoke flew her into the air. “Help me please!” Elk cried. But before anyone could’ve saved her, the smoke threw her up in the sky and kicked her into the deepest hole for her to go through and dug her in alive.
As dark smoke started to disappear, I saw it leaving a note on an image up ahead. Marco and I raced towards it as the crowd started to run, figuring out that we have found something. Once we got to the image, Marco couldn't believe his eyes. IT WAS A PLANE!
Before anyone could’ve said anything, I looked at Marco with a smile on my face saying, “Marco, would you be our co-pilot?” He looked at me as he touched my chin with his finger, “I’ll be a Pilot any day Icy!” And from there, everyone started to cheer to us as everyone started to get on board on the giant ice airplane that we have found.
I grabbed the note from the planes justice wings as I headed in. Before Marco entered the control room, I made an announcement, stating that the black smoke left a note for us. I read as everyone took a seat in the airplane, “You think you guys can be sneaking enough? Think again. I got my eyes on you.” This making the airplane trip uncomfortable for me.
