October 9, 1920
It began to rain in the second of my eyes. Nobody moved in the Castle as we all saw what was going down tonight. “Are we going to die next?” Ally asked with a nervous voice. I couldn’t think of the best way to explain to her that we are but since a lot of people were already freaking out in here, I rather keep my mouth shut.
“Should we tell them?” Joe said as she was eating a hot dog next to me. “Tell them exactly what?” I protested. Joe stopped eating her hot dog as she went towards the door and pointed at it. I rolled my eyes at her since I wasn’t going to budget to tell her the truth beyond this Gigantic Mess
“We better be going,” Puffin said as she headed out towards the door. I stared at everyone as they left the door and towards for their houses for the night. I looked at the clock that was hanging from the wall near the dining room. It was 11 PM sharp. Mos was out cleaning up the mess that happened today.
To be fair with you, I felt sorry for Mos that he had to clean up after every murder that happens. But somehow, he actually likes it so I won’t judges on what he likes and goes on with it. I went down the hall towards FireFox’s room. It was locked up pretty good, meaning that she has gone to bed.
I imagine that the whole Kingdom was asleep by now and I was the only one awake. I just couldn't bare to think of what the Halloween Killer is going to do next. Was it going to explore this Kingdom? Is it going to put a gas bomb during the party? Many ideas came towards me that night.
30 minutes later past and I still couldn’t get any sleep. I sat alone near the dining room table as I thought to myself. Eventually, my eyes started to close up as I slept on my elbow on the wooden table. Sooner or later, I was sound asleep at the dining table.
The next morning I woke up to a surprise that I slept all night on the dining table. I didn’t realize until FireFox came to wake me up and told me. I heard birds chirping from the other side of the room so I headed towards there.
I stretched my arms up in the air as I looked outside the Castles window to see what the Kingdom was up to. I spotted Ally and puffin doing some garden stuff and since I loved doing those kinds of stuff when I was growing back at my own home, Why not go down there and helped them.
I told FireFox that I was going to be at Ally house and she said that it was fine. As long as I was here by dawn to get ready for another party. I rolled my eyes when she said the word party. I rushed down as fast as my little feet could run the stairway. I finally reached the very bottom of the Castle. But by that time, I was passed out.
I took a short break and catch my breath and headed outside the front gates as I finished. As I walked towards Ally house, I spotted a lot of people doing all sort of stuff. Kitty was painting a roof that has rusted. Jay was having a party inside his house. Wozza.
I finally got towards Ally house as I got a welcome from both of them! “Hey, Icy!” They both said to me as they waved. “Hey, guys! I stopped by to see if you guys needed any help?” They glanced at me. “Well, we just finished putting in the flowers. Maybe you could help with the weeds?” Puffin told me.
I gave them the “Oh no thanks.” But they will think I’m a bad friend. So I went for it. Hours past as we grabbed all the weeds from carts and dumbed it in the compose garden. I'm guessing 2 hours past but it was worth it.
They invited me inside for a cup of lemonade and some cookies to eat. I looked at my dirty watch from the weeds. It was 8 PM, meaning that I should be heading home. I waved to them as I ran towards the Castle to meet FireFox. Once I got there, she was standing in front of the door so I knew this wasn’t a great welcome.
“You’re late” She repeated. Her face didn’t look too happy so better not say any jokes in front of her. “I’m sorry!” I said to her. She shook her head as she got a giant bag that was marked “Chips” on it. “Fill the bowls up! And the punch is in the kitchen. Also, fill that up.” She said as she walked away.
My hands were already killing me from the weeds I'd to pick up back at Ally's house but I couldn’t let this take over or else. FireFox will get more irritated then she already is so better do it before 9 PM stickers.
It took me about 30 minutes to fill up the food and the punch. Mostly all those minutes were from the punch since the main punch was stored in a gigantic glass. After that, another 20 minutes to clean up and put up the decoration up. It was 8:50 PM so I’d time to play angry birds on my phone.
Soon, The DJ came over and started to play his loud music up. Welp, so much fun for silences. The guest started to arrive around 9:10 PM and before you knew it, it was a zoo inside the castle-like any other day.
I was so annoyed that I headed upstairs and tried to get some sleep in my Collages cloths. I tried to read a book on my bed but the music audio was so loud, It shook my book off my bed. I had it. I’d no other choice but to go on a hunting mission and find the Halloween killer.
11 PM
I searched around everywhere. Outside and inside. Up and down. Nada. I’ve been searching for an hour and I had nothing. I grabbed out my iPhone 5 and tried calling Neko to help me search for clues. She wouldn’t pick up. I guess that’s what happens when your detective friend goes to a party.
I searched for a few more places, still nothing. I gave up on finding clues. I headed up the hill as I heard gasping inside the Castle. I rushed inside it and all I see is Kitty's body on the ceiling fan. I couldn’t believe it. I was looking out of places when really, I SHOULD'VE STAYED HERE.
I note came down slowly from above towards the ground. Once it hit the ground, everyone looked me. Expecting me to read it. I headed for the note and read out loud, “I see you guys didn’t bring a taco for taco Tuesday hu? That’s why your friend here got killed. Next time, don’t forget. - The Halloween killer.”
Everyone looked confused and scared inside the room. Today was the worst day to be a detective.
