On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me,
Two turtle doves and a partridge in a pear tree.

Chapter 2- The Falling Heart
December 2, 2018
I tried to forget the tragedy that I just heard about but how do you forget something that means everything to you? You just can't cause it would always be with you no matter what happens which sucks but at the same time, doesn't. I gave Mr. and Ms. Dream a warm hug while giving them 20 dollars as a little gift from me.
I decided to give the Dream's some personal space to get over with what just happened and get their house repaired in the meantime. Each step I took onto the concrete made a "click," sounding like one of those pool parks ads I get on Youtube.
Every step I took, it reminded me of a picture in my mind on how Dream and I always used to hang around every single day. My heart felt like it was going to crack in millions of pieces from the accident Dream was in.
I took a look at my cheap watch I found in goodwills to find out that it was almost going to be 2 hours ago since I escaped my home.
I didn't feel like running to my mom and telling her that Dream was dead cause she'll find it fishy that I knew this without leaving the house. My brain was everywhere, not knowing what to do next. My chest grew even more pain as I walked home, taking my precious time cause nobody will understand what I'm going through right now.
A few minutes later, I found my brother still working in the garden with his hands all covered in dirt, following by his head. "Wow! I guess mom really was serious when she told you that she was going to punish you."
Cap gave me those, "Can you leave me a alone," faces. "Ya, no cookie sherlock! Mom never plays around when it comes to punishing someone." I giggled under my breath, trying my best not to let it out else, the only person that would be laughing is my mom when she gives me some garden work to do.
"Well, good luck Cap. I'm sure you would finish in time for dinner." "You think?" He looked like he was going to burst a yell so high that it would break a window from the kitchen. I guess this was my role of leaving and so I did.
I headed into the room, shut the door behind me and laid flat on my faces on my Christmas bed while tears took over my faces. "Why does everything bad have to happen to me?" I question myself. It was only a matter of time that I would find out why.

"Hello everyone! Joe here and welcome back to my drawing tutorial! And in today video, I would be showing you how to draw someone's head without drawing the neck. Now what you'll need for thi-" Right when I was in the middle of a drawing, youtube video, my mom called me from downstairs for breakfast.
"Joe sweety! Come downstairs! Breakfast is ready!" I learned my lesson that I should never record a drawling youtube video early in the morning. I had no other choice but to listen to my mom and head downstairs to eat breakfast. It was a shame too cause my drawing was going so good so far.
I stored my camera in my closet cause I knew that I won't be recording any youtube video for today; changed my PJ clothes into my school clothes even though I didn't have school today and headed downstairs before my mom started to yell at me that I was late for breakfast like every single day.
"Oh, you came early today!" I scratched my head, telling her that I wasn't in the mood for talking. "Hmm." She sensed that something was going on with me which by the way, there wasn't but you know moms. They're always worrying about the littlest things about their kids.
"You okay sweety? You're not talking much today." "I'm just sleepy. I didn't get a good night rest today." She gave me a cup of coffee with some grain bread from the shelf and gave it to me. "Well, you shouldn't be drawing late at night." She insisted.
"That can also lead you to eyes problem and that's the last thing I want you to get." Her voice sounded like a police officer trying to get answers from a criminal. I huffed as I grabbed my coffee from the glass table. "I don't know about that," I told her. She glanced at me like I didn't hear anything she just said. "I mean, I love to draw even at night. Yes, I know that sleep is good for me but I can't sleep if I have an unfinished drawing go on inside my sketchbook."
She took her coffee from the coffee machine and sat down with me. I thought inside my brain, "Great. Now I have to listen to her talk about all this health stuff that I knew since 6 grade."
I suddenly felt a warmth inside my heart like a friendship bracelet that glows up whenever that friend is in danger or in trouble. "Listen, Joe," She started. I was already getting the vibe that this was going to be a long story about mom.
"You're at an age that thing may worry you." I stopped right there. I hate to admit it but she had a point. Many things worry me that I'm scared to happen like a car crash. "And that's okay. It's okay to over-worry about things that you think might happen to you. But worrying about unnecessary things like what are you going to eat tonight, that's now a problem." I felt like I was sitting in a kindergarten class that is being taught on how to count to 10.
"Mom, I think I know what things I should be worrying about and what things are not worth worrying about. Thank you." Her face seemed unseeded when I said that. "Honey, I don't think you get it." "Oh but I do mom. I learned this in kindergarten okay? Now if you excuse me, I have to meet someone in the park right now so if you excuse me right now, I would be really appreciated."
I felt like I was being the biggest jerk right now to my mom and it looked like my mom also thought that. When I went to put my plats into the dishwasher, my mom was standing right in front of me like a statue carved right in front of me. Her polish smell on her was enough for me to end myself cause' of the strong smell my nose was smelling.
"And where do you think you're going Ms.bossy boots?" Her voice got louder by the words that came out of her mouth. I knew from the look on her face, I was in big trouble now. My mother in this case never likes when I talk back to her.
So somehow, when I told her that I didn't care about what she had to so, that somehow ticked her off and now, I was probably going to be sent into my mom. Just as I predicted, I was sent into my room with my mom pulling my ears like a fire ant biting me. The smell that was on her followed her which didn't exactly help me feel better from the smell that was coming from here.
"And you stay here until you learn your lesson." She slammed the door pretty good behind her, knocking down my harry potter book from the shelf. "Well, there goes my perfect day locked up."
* * * * * *
I stared at the ceiling, hoping that something would happen at the time of my feelings taking over. All I heard was silence going on inside my small room beside the shivering of my bother outside that was taking out the weeds.
The ticks on my clock felt like minutes going by instead of seconds. Those minutes felt like hours go by as well. I can't understand one thing I had going inside my mind. Who would be that cold-hearted to kill an innocent girl that was sleeping and on top of that, burning their house down as a gift.
The thought going through my head made my head hurt my head even more than it was already. I decided that thinking about this wasn't going to make my life easier and I just had to move on from it. I got up and suddenly felt something hard hit the floor from outside.
The sudden yell from people outside gave me a reason to head outside and find out what was going on. I rushed to put on the overused socks I had since yesterday, put on the pink Adidas I had in front of me and rushed out the front door to find out why people were yelling.
The breeze suddenly hit me the minute my body hit the world. I looked around to find out why people were yelling. I didn't see anything until people started to point towards where why people were yelling.
I headed closer to see what in the world was going on. My eyes couldn't take the picture that was going on right now. Apparently, there was someone dressed as Santa Claus right now and was murdering a young kid right now inside the house. Police were in every single corner of the house, completely surrounding the house with spotlights.
"Come out with your hands up!" The police yelled directly towards the house. My breath was getting colder by the minute as I watched the police officer trying to get the person that was dressed as Santa Claus out.
A chilly breeze hit me as the image inside of my head suddenly hit me. I remembered the note yesterday that said that there was going to be a person that was dressed as Santa Claus and was going to kill every kid in the neighborhood until there's nobody left in slight.
Then, something else hit me, that was Super house that the Santa was in. I should've known that by know. Well, I guess it's time to leave my prayers to Super right now. Sad too cause he was one of those kids in middle school that didn't know anyone nor wanted to talk to anybody.
