Rule List?

So when I'm playing brln I'm wondering here and there, " Is there a rule list to make sure this is reportable?" I have noticed that the word sh** isn't muteable so I wonder if any other words aren't muteable as well and if any type of action is reportable like Targeting or Bothering someone ( not bullying, like if someone just kept following you and you asked them over and over to please go away) So I'm here to finally ask the question, Is there a rule list that I can check out so I can see what is reportable. If so could someone give me a link to the thread.

you can target in some games but you cant in others and its just confusing lol
