Ok, so I can't really figure it out... It says, a rock just smashed a window into his house.... Hmmm so it doesn't say any of the men really did it...

There are three people, Mister Mark , Mister John and Mister Rogers. the clues says "Mister ?" (questionmark)

Since questionmark has "Mark" and the sentence says "Mister ?" then the one who did it was Mister mark
