Im very confused and also new to this whole thing but my problem is that i emailed brlns about 3 days ago and still have not got a response. Im not sure how long it takes for them to respond or if they respond but any information is helpful, Thank you

Please don't duplicate threads, as you've already made another thread about this problem.

Also, if they don't respond by email, just make a thread about the topic you were emailing them about, and staff will respond ^_^
