Okay, we all need to respect builders because of how hard they work on the maps. It is because of them that we can play on amazing maps. Without the builders, this place wouldn't be at such a high level. The builders have made BrokenLens relevant. Builders are a part of the staff team. They help a lot. They spend a lot of hours on a single map. Everyone works really hard in the build team. They deserve respect. The BrokenLens builders have created amazing maps. They've created maps which a lot of builders and their teams can't create.

Builders spend a lot of time on building maps for us. Because of them we can enjoy playing on such great maps. Saying builders don't work hard is a lie. They are what creative Minecraft players are. They've great ideas and they are able to turn those ideas into maps.

Therefore, we all must respect builders.
 
When did people not respect them? Some people just didn't see them as staff members that doesn't mean they didn't respect them

We’ve been told countless times that we don’t deserve anything since all we do is ‘build.’ We’ve even been told that we don’t deserve Emerald rank perks because we “aren’t a staff member” and all we do is JUST build as if we have no life outside of the internet .-.
Along with people, from my interpretation, saying that our hard work doesn’t deserve to be a staff member.

Are the reason that I could play BrokenLens every-day. Be proud of yourself, don’t Let others interprate your hard work. You’re the reason thousands of people can just procrastinate from real life, earn some extra friends along the way, like I said, be proud! And I speak for EVERYONE when I say. Thank you :)
