Hi brokenlens team! I updated Minecraft PE 1.2. Now I am unable to log into my account, the IGN is "Instagraaaam". I don't know why.

To get your password reset you need to provide proof that you own the account. Would you have a screenshot of when you login and the chat says "Welcome back (player name)" or maybe when you won a game?
By the way, your picture is not showing up...

Now you wait, I believe the screenshot you posted above should be enough proof that you own the account... The staff should respond and help you reset your password.

@Instagraaaam yes, that screenshot works. Your password has been reset, you'll be able to create a new one when you next join the server
