Reset my password !. Lost password.

Hi support ! I has play this server, but long time i not touch Minecraft pe, now i go in Brokenlens server and try to login, but fail, and i don't know how to reset password in this server . I have try to reset password on this website, is ok, but come back to Brokenlens server and login, is not true . Help me !
