I think it would be nice to have special lobbies reserved for new players to the server. This is because these new players don’t fully understand how to play the mini games brokenlens has to offer, and may not be as skilled as other players.

I think this implementation would prosper on the less self-explanatory games, such as mobwars, teamskywars, murdermystery, etc. That way, new players would have a chance to explore, learn, and enjoy the game instead of getting dominated by the more experienced players.

I was thinking maybe players that are level 0-15 could participate in these reserved lobbies, before losing the opportunity to play in them anymore. Then, they will be more prepared to battle against more experienced players. Not only would this modification make the game more enjoyable for everyone, but also allow for newcomers to broken lens have the best experience that they can, and come back to the server in the future.

I hope you take this idea into consideration.

This is a pretty good idea. Adding something like this would really allow newer players to improve and higher level players to more proactively engage in the games that they play.
I find that adding this feature could make queue times significantly longer though when given how a vast majority (Around 70%) of the players in my matches are fresh level 1 accounts.
There's also the thing where experience and coins are not equally distributed according to how well you play in a mode.
Like let's take Skywars for instance. In a really good round where I get around 3 kills and 4 void assists, I might get 200 coins in a round and 150 experience.
Meanwhile in something like Krazy Karts, I can roll into fourth place after a really poor round where I was lapped by the dude in first place and still consistently get more than a thousand experience and coins in the same time frame. During a round where I rolled into first place, I was able to get around 3,000 experience which is quite a lot more than I expected.

This could be problematic as that would make it more difficult to make an entry barrier for competitive play that properly scales to players who are learning to play the mode. Also this could really encourage the creation of alt accounts for false entry into these queues.
I still think though that with some revisions like scaling the coin and xp distribution between modes and moving the entry barriers accordingly could provide for an improved player experience. Implementing something like this could significantly benefit players and staff members by making sure that more players are on an even playing field and that isn't as much artificial stat boosting and cheating happening in matches.
We'll have to see though if this is an idea that will be implemented.

I agree; this feature would have some major downfalls like what you mentioned. However, thank you for your input and revisions! I hope that you can make some good come from the roots of the idea:)
