hi! okay this is the second problem ( it’s not really a problem lol ) but I bought the “ gold rank “ and I actually want the diamond rank

it hasn’t been 24 hours nor 48 so I was wondering if I could cancel my gold rank and get a full refund. I’m happy with the gold rank but it only lasts 30 days.
