Since I'm new here, I don't really know how to report, and I've already seen an obvious hacker, but didn't know how to report them, so can someone please tell me how to do that? (Or redirect me to a place where I can learn more about that?)

U can read the rules to see who r breaking them, since the rules here might be different to other servers

Well just in case - you click the "Upload a File" button next to the Post Reply button. You should be able to figure it out yourself from there, but if you need any more help you can ask.
