ok admins i have come across so many flying hackers in SW AND TSW and no matter how many times i report them they never get banned and i see them in next round now its impossible to win against flying hacker is SW so please process my request because i have reported many many times but they didnt seem to be responded fairly i have left playing on server for this reason and other players are also very angry on it

the reporting system is run by the Watcher our custom coded anti-cheat. Staff can also see all /report reports made but it depends if a staff member is online to see them and deal with the reports. Some of the reports we do not take action on because the data collected shows us that they are not hacking.

If you feel like reporting players please report them using the Player Reports section on the forums as this is the fastest way for a report to be dealt with.
