When I tried reporting a hacker, I did as I was supposed to, and when I finished all it said was, "Player is offline"

This is not a bug.You just cant report players with the command if they are offline.Sorry :/ But you can report players here:https://brokenlens.xyz/forums/hub/player-reports.32/

But I swear, he WAS online when I was reporting him, he was right in front of me.

Maybe you were lagging? Like he had just left when you were reporting him, and you could still see him due to lag?
