/report new feature, in-game statuses, last played.

- Using the command /report pops up a menu just like the one used for /list and voting for maps. It displays a list of all players that are currently on the same server, and the reporter then chooses the player breaking the rules instead of typing their in-game name. Hackers are starting to get clever with their names, they use a combination of random numbers and letters to make it trickier for players to type it out. I don't know if this has been already integrated with ban/mute command, but this also could work with it making it easier for staff to ban or mute.

A feature that can tell you when a friend has last been online.

- Implementing statuses in-game. This is a useless but a social feature for friends to use.

I personally use >report @ cause the @ makes it so you can just easily pick out the name
