If you spot a hacker you use this command /report right? Why after doing the command most of the hackers is still playing and not banned yet even the description we give is right. This always happened in 1.1 players! Why tho?
 
the report command from what ive heard only just notifys any staff online on the server in any minigame that there is a person hacking or breaking a rule
most of the time staff usually are kind of busy so they need to see alot of /reports to respond and ban the person :p

What do they do? Do they spectate and watch whos hacking?

HOW /REPORT WORKS

When a player is reported using /report the report gets sent to us in our Admin Panel along with extra information such as their X Y Z location. When a member of staff is on the admin panel they take a look at these reports and decide if they require to spectate the user or not. If no staff members are currently on the panel then the report may go un-noticed.

If a staff member is online and decides to investigate the user and they are found hacking.. we ban them and the cycle begins once more.

Pretty simple eh :3

So no staff can spectate/investigate a hacker at 1.1cause all staff is at 1.2?

It alerts a ONLINE staff member then spectates the hackwr to see if ur right AND THEN ban em PS Might Take Long!
