Remove the old PVTs in /read

Remove the old PVTs when you do /read please. The first time I did /read after like 3-4 months, I didn't see the "New >", so I accidentally replied to an old PVT. That caused a little confusion ._. Please just remove the old PVTs cause it gets annoying after a while too.
