I haven't encountered them in-game so I don't have video evidence yet although I will update if this happens and if I can gather more evidence that they are bypassing.

I'm sending it over but my upload speed is terrible and I figured it would be quicker to just upload the whole match then to edit, export, and upload. (It's done uploading and I have more evidence if that would help.)

The player is visible starting at a minute and 57 seconds in the clip. The match starts 2 minutes and 37 seconds in the clip and I spectate the hacker 4 minutes and 7 seconds in the clip. He also starts flying around frantically 4 minutes and 37 seconds in the recording. I apologize about the late response, I was busy exporting a second match as a means of being able to share more evidence.
