Relationships now versus then

I love everyone talking about their friends they met on brokenlens and I'm enjoying seeing a lot of the old photos but I'm curious are you still friends with those old members you would play with? Or how about old relationships are you still with that partner you were with back when you played together.
technically my soulmate did play on broken lens however I met him through friends that played a lot more often than him and now we have been together for a long time.
it's quite interesting to say I met my boyfriend because of this server.

I'm still in touch with some old gaming friends who I used to play with a lot. Our bond wasn't just about gaming back then, we also talked about personal things outside of the game. Even though we didn't speak for years and went our separate ways, we've reconnected now, and catching up shows that the friendship with certain people hasn't changed at all ;p
