It’s very unlikely you’ll be given a refund on the emerald rank. Also, was is this ([email protected]) the email you sent a message to? If so, I would open a conversation with a staff member and they can help you from there. If you give some more information like why you want a refund maybe I can give you a better response!

Hey Aaron!

I am sorry to say that refunds are not able on the BrokenLens network.

You can ask an admin/mod to set your rank on the server/ forums if that is the problem that you didn't receive it.
