You won't get a refund. Refunds aren't allowed here. Asking for refunds, or chargebacks will get you permanently banned from the server.

Hey Aaron!

I am sorry to say that refunds are not able on the BrokenLens network.

You can ask an admin/mod to set your rank on the server/ forums if that is the problem that you didn't receive it.
