reduce win10 reach in tag

windows 10 is really op and unfair in tnt tag. I'm win10 and I even agree. Maybe reduce the reach of win10 in tag or give them slowness 1 or something?

If they added slowness 1, there is probably no way the server could detect whether you are Windows 10 or not.

well on Mine Plex they have an NPC where you tell the server what device you are on. But people might lie and say they're win10 when they're not so idk
