Really bad lag spikes

Hi, I was playing MicroBattles and everything was running smoothly and then there's really bad lag spikes that last for like 5 min and it's really hard to pvp when this happens and maybe the staff can fix this? @BenjyPlayz saw how bad the lag maybe be can make a vid on it?
