Invalid reach or lag?

So basically you can mark this invalid or whatever but in my eyes this hit looked suspicious as
it looked like 5 or 6 blocks to my eyes. and some of the other parts of the video looked suspicious (disclaimer) i am not saying he is a cheater im just saying some things i saw was suspicious and wanted to make sure it was normal. i had 7ms at the time.
