Reach/ka or lag? Or im just being paranoid again

Ok I wasn't trying to attack him though, I just wanted to see from how many blocks I could hit him. Could be hacks, could be the lag, could be the fact that I'm paranoid, you judge.(i can provide more video proof if needed)
