okay so you know when someone has a question they'll post it right? they'll make a thread and ask the question.
that's fine and all until like 4 people come invade the thread to say the exact same thing.
i'm fine with normal players answering support threads and whatever if they have the knowledge to help the person who is asking, but after one person answers the thread then what's the use of answering it again? it's like you're trying to shove the answer down the person's throat as if they're the dumbest person on earth or something.
let's say the person asked "what's the port for skywars?" (just an example). someone who knows what the port is can come and say "the port is 2011". that's totally fine. if they hadn't already then if someone else wanted to then sure, they can post the link to the thread with all the ports to all the games. but after that, there's nothing that you could possibly come up with that could in anyway add to this discussion. yet for some reason people think that if they reply with "2011" that they're being the smartest and most helpful person on earth or something. like, did you even read the entire thread? because if you did, you would know that what you've just said has already been said and is therefore useless and it counts as spam.
seriously. nobody needs to be told the port to skywars 3 or 4 times in like, one or two days. or even only 6 or 7 hours. i'm pretty sure by the time the person read the first reply that had the port, they would have saved it on their game already. and if they needed to, they could just refer back to the first post.
oh and also one last note, if you're one of those people who reply to a million support threads and for some reason someone decides to tag you even if you aren't staff (but this kind of applies to staff too, i've seen some do this), that doesn't mean you are obligated to reply. as long as the question is answered, you have no reason whatsoever to reply, unless you have something that's actually useful/important that you want to add, that hasn't already been added.

TL;DR - Just because you reply to a question, that doesn't mean your reply is valid. If someone already answered the question and there's nothing more to add, then... why bother replying?
P.S. - i'll excuse it if two people replied at the same time though, since you never really know who's typing on a thread ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
