I payed my rank though PayPal, and I got my rank 30 mins after I purchased it. Since you haven't gotten your rank yet, I suggest you send proof of you purchasing Diamond rank.

If something went wrong on your purchase, and it already had taken away your $10.00, Show proof of your purchase and if you have proof the staff members will set your rank
