They could pay using paypal or credit-/debit cards

You have to use PayPal! I bought me and 3 other people a rank before. Once you purchase it using PayPal simply put her ign where it says to put your in game username and it will give it to her. Be sure its percise though (including capped letters) or it could end up with the wrong user.
