That picture isn't enough proof. It's just showing your shopping cart. You should have gotten a confirmation email when you bought the rank. Take a screenshot of that and then show it to a Mod in a convo. (Mods are: Ray_Palmer_Atom, ssunsett, HazardTheDutchAD, Laura_Aria)
