Do you have a screenshot of your username with emerald rank? Like.. /mystats or a screenshot of your username on the beta website with emerald rank.. orrr.. a screenshot of you chatting with your tag on?

You don’t necessarily have to, both ways work!
if you have the order ID to your emerald rank ssunsett could check it but Warrior is still having technical issues I believe. Ssun is asleep though so you’d have to wait unless you can find any screenshots of your emerald rank. ^3^
