Randomly Banned!!

I went to play broken lens block hunt (best game ever by the way) only to see that I have been permanently banned. I have no idea why but I am. If you could please unban my account I would be really greatful. And if you can't, thanks anyway. I hope you can get this problem fixed as soon as possible, thanks
