Glue stick when it is mixed to water. There isn't water in the stick, so the glue can go out without problems
That's why, when there is glue on your hand, it stay, because you have a lot of water on your body

For glue sticks - It's not actually as big as the container. xD
For watter glue - It's too watery. Unless you force it down, it'll just go everywhere
