Idk, they probably just added grass in there or something so the ads would be like:
The new and improved grass dog food! Super nutritious! It's like cow food! But that's ok because it contains nothing that can kill dogs! Maybe just a bit of chocolate, but oh, well, who cares? Buy it now!
