I experienced that too when my grandfather also died last year well the things
I do are
1. Crying Secretly
2. Sleeping (cause you might feel tired)
3. Play Games to cheer you up
4. Ask for a friend to cheer you up
5. Remembering the moments I spent time with my Grandpa
6. Eating Foods cause I like eating
7. Music is a best way of treatment
8. Try to play Sad Songs or Calm songs
9. eating foods again
10. Always be positive

depends on whether you’re religious or not. if you are god will hear your prayers and send love to that person. if you’re atheist then it doesn’t mean anything to you. idc what ppl believe in as long as they don’t bash others

I'm very sorry about what's going on, it has to be heartbreaking for you and those around you.
This is kinda odd (not really) but I make photo and video albums in my mind of good memories I had with the one who passed on. Or I just think that wherever they are now, they must be happy. Even if he hasn't passed, give it a go. It might help.
