I wanted to know because I was thinking about downgrading because the PvP on 1.1 is better.

i play 1.1 and diky also came down to join me, the pvp is better but idk abt brln bc its not a pvp server
when i play sw on 1.1 the pvp seems the same as 1.2 ON BRLNS ONLY

Casey still plays, Supek went to mana, howling comes on to mb like once every 3 months.

You can't,it is same in every version.
