I have two questions, first, what is the watcher? I've reader a lot about it and how it's some 100% accurate at identifying hackers. My second question is how do I get in contact with a staff member because I was unfairly banned and I posted an explanation on ban appeals and haven't heard anything back yet.

The Watcher is just what our anti-cheat system is called.
