If a player continuously gets muted often, let's say 10 mutes in a row, will there be another punishment, like a temp ban or a longer mute?

well if the pattern of these mutes keeps on repeating and repeating, then a longer mute will mostly be put in place first, then a temp ban, and then possibly a permanent mute (has happened before).
