Okay. I'm going to ask you a question. Let's say a staff member has ideas on one aspect of something they're making for the server, and ask you for your opinion. They think that using the components A and D will work the best.
You think that it would come out better if you used components B and C.
Not using your idea would cause no problems with the server, but you believe would be ever so slightly more efficient, pleasing etc.
A. Do you say you think your idea is better, and risk offending them,

B. Or say nothing to increase your standing with them.

While, yes, they asked for your opinion and obvously wont be offended, for the sake of this, lets say they will be.
Oh, and be honest. Seriously, if you're not honest this will be for nothing, and if everyone says they would say so, i really dont believe you. I will make the poll anonymous so people dont feel the need to lie.
I swear to telephone, PLEASE tell the truth. Don't say you'd tell em to brag in the replies, either.
Nobody will think you're cool.
Of course, there's a difference between being like "Hey ima good person" and justifying your answer.

No personal aspects, just simply; Do u tell em and offend them or say nothing and have them like you more?

I think it's good that everyone can give their opinions or suggestions. We can learn from eachother ideas. As long as we treat everyone with respect, it can be great to work together. :x3:

Honestly I don't mind if they would reject my idea or not, I'm not that great with ideas. I would probably ask them what they think then give my opinion on both ideas. Idk. :lmao:

I don't necessarily agree with either, if I have to be honest... ^^;

Both sides aren't really better or worse with each other (if you had to put it THAT way, specifically).
If option A were something more along the lines of... "State why you think your side is better due to ___, even though it may offend them," then I would go along with option A. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, so they should be allowed to have a say in the situation.
I didn't really agree with option A since it sounded kinda rude and egotistical. ^^;

Tell em or dont.. chose one not neither. A isnt really egotistical, it will help slightly, but not saying so wont be a problem. Slightly improve it or let it slide and offend them?

Well, how you put it as "say you think your idea is better" sounded more like "mine is better, and we should do it my way because it's better than your's" in my eyes. Additionally, what I stated in my response had context clues pointed to telling them your opinion, but in a nice manner.

I respect every opinion and idea, but if it is stupid, I give them ideas to improve it or give them arguments why I think that it is strange.
I am a very honest person, so basically I say what I think ^-^

You should add C aswell "You tell them how to improve it"
